Warren has over 15 years experience in the digital, interactive arena, starting out with producing Interactive CD-Roms in the early 90’s. He brings his expertise in the creation of advertising,
branding and interactive programs. Under his leadership, he has launched multiple award-winning programs and campaigns for his clients. Previously Warren was VP/Creative Director at FCBi, where he
managed design work across all multimedia platforms (web, wireless, digital video, interactive) for clients such as Motorola, ONDCP (Office of Drug Control Policy), Gerber, Hampton Inn, MetLife, Qwest, and Dex. At FCBi, he
was head interactive creative on the award-winning "Above the Influence" campaign for ONDCP.
Before joining FCBi, Warren headed a design group at AOL Broadband, to design the latest software and features for the world's largest online media company. Before AOL, Warren started a interactive
marketing agency called DeepFry. DeepFry was in charge of Coca-Cola's North America Interactive Marketing including the Coca-Cola's 2002 Salt Lake City Olympic Winter Games interactive programs.
Warren was also Design Director of WeMedia’s Convergence/Experience design team, where he helped produced the Sydney 2000 Paralympic Games' media-enhanced broadband and HTML Web sites. This online experience
is heralded in the media as the largest Webcast in history at that time. He has spent many years at ThunderHouse/Zentropy Partners (McCann-Erickson’s interactive agency) on a range of accounts, including the Coca-Cola
family of soft drinks and sports drinks, Lucent Technologies, Compaq, Sprint, US Airways, Popsicle and Agilent Technologies.
Simon is an international creative. Born in Tawian, grew up in Arkansas, lived as an adult in New York City, and now living in Beijing, Simon brings his creativity, history, understanding, and innate talents to his work.
Simon runs all the creative in the Beijing office, and also is in charge of all technology solutions as well. Before starting PLUS Factory, Simon was head of the creative group in the newly established FCBi (Draft FCB)
Beijing office as Creative Director. For the past several years, Simon has brought his creative energies into the China market for the Beijing office. With his multi-national background and
ability as a fluent Mandarin speaker, Simon has easily connected to the culture and the market. He has brought many new clients to the young office such as Ming Sheng Bank and Disney China. He also helped Motorola China to launch
their first ever mobile promoter program (MotoWOW) across China. But most importantly, Simon has solidified FCBi Beijing as a source of creative inspiration and outstanding work.
Prior before coming to China, Simon was at FCBi NY where his interactive thinking and work delivered solutions to many international brands and helped them developed solid e-marketing solutions. Some of the
clients he has serviced over the years are Motorola, Chase, Diet Coke, HP, ONDCP, Qwest, IRS, and MetLife.
